Jeff Densmore
I met Jeff for the first time around 1987 through mutual friends. We were both trouble makers making and lighting off homemade bombs, running wild late at night, and consuming a bit of alcohol together.

Shortly after the release of our first demo, Blood & Rain, our bassist, Matt Conn was MIA. We had some shows lined up with the release of our demo, and with no previous experience, Jeff bought a cheap bass and we began to teach him our music.

In December of 1993, we played our first show with Jeff in Rochester, New York to a crowd of about 100 people. Jeff loved it, even though he spent most of the time staring at the floor (a trait which almost became synonymous with Jeff). All was well until April 1995, when a certain Dark figure called me up after about a years worth of silence. Jeff understood that this band was my creation and did not object when talks arose of Dark Cloud rejoining the band. Jeff was not very fond of Dark Cloud, and this caused Jeff's interest in the band to waver a bit. Jeff eventually dated a nice woman, and as their relationship became more serious, Jeff took longer work shifts, and eventually quit the band due to time restraints.

In October of 1997, Jeff and Stephanie were married and moved to Florida to begin their lives together. Occasionally, he calls us or comes to visit. We are still good friends.
