When Dark Cloud, Kirk Brinley, and Zadoc first assembled this band it was agreed upon that the band would be better off with a separate vocalist aside from Zadoc himself who used his own voice on the tracks that he had demoed for the band. There were a few people that 'auditioned' in the loose sense of the word, but Dark Cloud knew of someone he thought could "fit the bill".

Enter Joe Corcoran.

Joe was initially hired as a vocalist but also managed to squeeze his way into playing a second lead guitar as well. Due to the fact that Joe was only 14 years old at the time and did not have his own transportation and was having problems attaining the right feel to some of the songs vocally, he was let go within the month putting Zadoc back on the lead vocalist slot. The band was eager to play out and assemble their repertoire of songs and unfortunately keeping Joe Corcoran would have inevitably held them back. Fortunately neither Joe or the band held any hard feelings.

Joe went on to study at the Berkley College of Music and graduated with a degree in Guitar Performance. Joe currently lives in Miami, Florida and has a Masters Degree in Music Business and is employed as the director of business affairs and licensing at DM Recording in Pompano Beach, Florida.
